Incoming biomass and oil intake record for cannabis manufacturers, modeled on a NJ Class 2 extractor's actual operational form. Captures vendor manifest details, material type (multi-select), flower QC grade, allocation routing, testing flag, per-METRC-tag intake table, and dual-party signoff (Production Lead + Compliance). Aligned with NJAC 17:30-9.7 (container traceability) and 17:30-11.13 (manufacturing record start point).
Open at the start of every incoming biomass or oil delivery, before any material is moved off the receiving area. Record the manifest #, vendor, METRC tag count, and per-tag itemization in the intake table. QC the flower or oil at receipt and assign a grade. Mark allocation (extraction / preroll-flower / other) so downstream operators know the destined process. Production Lead and Compliance both sign before material is released to vault or floor.
Supports NJAC 17:30-9.7(a)(1) (every container bearing identifying name and number), 17:30-9.7 (incoming material traceability), and 17:30-11.13(b)(1)-(2) (manufacturing record start: lot number + raw material identification). Manifest verification is the inspection cross-check point — the intake form must match the corresponding METRC manifest. Dual-party signoff (Production Lead + Compliance) per cGMP component verification standard 21 CFR 211.100(d). Intake form is the upstream document for the Batch Production Record — the BPR's input weight + METRC tag should reconcile to one or more rows on this intake.
Cannabis manufacturers operationally separate intake (incoming material) from internal transfers and outbound shipments. SUN Extractions and most NJ Class 2 extractors run a dedicated intake form because (a) it has different signoff requirements (Production Lead + Compliance, not just stockroom), (b) it triggers QC grading at receipt, and (c) it's the single document that pairs the vendor manifest with the METRC tags physically received. A generic Inventory I/O Log conflates three separate workflows; this template addresses just the receiving workflow.
Use the multi-select Material Type checkboxes — check all that apply (e.g., Fresh Frozen + Cured Trim if the vendor sent both on the same manifest). The intake table allows you to itemize per-METRC-tag, so different rows can be different material types and strains. The Allocation checkboxes are also multi-select for the same reason.
Where the material is going next: Extraction (heading to the extraction lab), Preroll/Flower (heading to packaging for retail flower or pre-rolls), Other (cultivation cuts, R&D, retention samples). This downstream-routing flag tells the next operator how to handle the material and which process to run on it. Multi-select if a single delivery is split across paths.
Production Lead signs that the material was physically received in good condition and matches the manifest. Compliance signs that the METRC tags were verified, manifest matches the receipt, and the intake is documented per NJAC. Two-party signoff is cGMP standard for component verification per 21 CFR 211.100(d) and prevents single-point falsification of intake records.

NJ CRC Pre-Inspection Checklist
IntermediateComprehensive pre-inspection self-audit aligned with NJ Cannabis Regulatory Commission inspection authority (NJAC 17:30-20) and the top 3 deficiency patterns cited in 2025 enforcement actions. Covers licensing, training, manufacturing, METRC, equipment, QC/COA, labeling, extraction & solvents, waste, security, and emergency readiness. Includes inline NJAC citations for inspector reference.
Batch Production Record
ComplexComplete cannabis manufacturing batch production record (BPR) modeled on a NJ Class 2 extractor's actual operational form. Two-page format: page 1 captures inputs, packing summary, METRC tag drawdown, finished weights by extract form factor, vendor toll-processing split percentages, and dual signoff. Page 2 is the physical METRC sticker attachment page with verification signature. Aligned with NJAC 17:30-11.13 (manufacturing records) and 21 CFR 211.188 (batch production and control records).
Extraction Process Log
ComplexPer-run extraction process log capturing the process parameters required to reproduce the run per NJAC 17:30-11.13(b)(10). Method-specific sections for hydrocarbon (BHO/PHO), ethanol, CO₂, and solventless. Pairs with the Batch Production Record (one BPR can have many runs).
Employee Training Record
IntermediatePer-employee cannabis GMP training record covering pre-hire training (NJAC 17:30-9.8(d)), ongoing ≥8 hrs/year requirement (NJAC 17:30-9.8(a)), food safety certification for ingestibles staff (NJAC 17:30-11.12(d)), and cumulative YTD hours tracking. Repeating training-event log + certification tracker + annual refresher block.
